Donna and Marty Gum have been serving the real estate needs of Lake of the Ozarks for over 20 years each.  What we want to do with this Blog is answer any questions the public might have on the market at the lake.

When we started, this was almost exclusively a secondary market. Small cabins, a few larger homes in Four Seasons and THREE condominium projects. Now million dollar homes are not at all unusual and there are over 150 different condominium projects. It makes a market that is easy to get confused in.
